Boom! And just like that we were blessed to have Amie reach out with a desire to join the Crescent Grace team! A Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, she has provided quality care in the field of eating disorders for over a decade. She has worked at various levels of care including directing a residential dietary program, partial hospitalization and a long-standing outpatient practice.

In addition to working with clients in eating disorder treatment, Amie is passionate about increasing eating disorder awareness and providing education to current and future healthcare professionals, so they too can be a life-saving resource for those battling eating disorders. Frequently consulted, she is often a guest speaker in undergraduate and graduate nutrition programs as well as providing guidance to other clinicians working in and outside of the eating disorder treatment space.

If you are lucky enough to get to know her, you will not be able to ignore her infectious laughter and her incredibly hopeful positive attitude. This awesome soul shows up for her clients with unwavering compassion, relatability and a truly genuine sense of humor. She understands the healing impact of an authentic relationship that builds the necessary trust to support the difficult process of restoration and recovery.

The most important thing to know about Amie, besides her genuine presence and being a badass mom, is that she is truly an ice coffee enthusiast, a staunch Billie Eilish fan and oh, she might be tad bit podcast obsessed.

Her idea of the perfect Saturday includes sleeping in and then taking her kids out for breakfast, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family in the evening.
